We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Medical Director, BMT and Cellular Therapies to join the Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital Cancer and Blood Disorders Program in vibrant Charlotte, North Carolina. It currently consists of: 11 Pediatric Hematology/Oncology physicians 3 BMT physicians 16 Advanced Practice Providers As Medical Director, you will: Shape the future of cellular therapies, advancing Atrium Health Levine Children’s reputation as a regional and national leader. Lead program growth and innovation, expanding access and impact. Position Atrium Health Levine Children’s as a national leader in malignant and non-malignant transplants. Unify and elevate the cellular therapies program, fostering teamwork and innovation. Establish standards that enhance outpatient care and physician engagement. Serve as a trusted leader within the hospital, aligning program goals with the broader mission of Atrium Health. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a leader with: Board certification in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. Proven experience in pediatric cellular therapies and transplantation. Exceptional communication and leadership skills that inspire collaboration and unity. A passion for innovation and a vision for the future of cellular therapies.
