Job Title

Required Skills & Experience 1-2 years data entry and/or call center experience in a historically high pace environment Handling anywhere from 100+ calls per day, to ~500 emails per day High School Diploma or equivalent required. Detailed orientated, ability to multitask and possesses great organizational skills. Must be able to utilize a headset and computer terminal and navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information. Comfortable with Microsoft Windows environment including Excel and Word. Great team player and can take feedback and direction

Must be able to utilize a headset and computer terminal and navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
