Email Marketing Coordinator The Email Marketing Coordinator will support the CRM team in connecting customers to the Smartwool brand and our products through email and other direct marketing channels. Working closely with the CRM Manager and vendor partners, you will ensure the successful delivery of email campaigns and support reporting and analysis. How You Will Make a Difference Coordinate the email creative process from briefing to asset delivery. Execute the email development and deployment process. Provide post‑campaign analysis and support weekly reporting needs for the email channel. Share insights to support the email program strategy, planning, testing and growth. Support the planning and building of the email content calendar. Contribute to the CRM team’s understanding of the competitive landscape to influence and improve the email program. Collaborate with our team to run an efficient and effective email program. Skills for Success 2+ years of related digital marketing or e‑commerce experience; email experience preferred but not required. Proven track record of managing projects and timelines, and of managing and prioritizing multiple projects with professionalism and flexibility. Experience working with project‑management software, supporting data‑driven decision making with reports and analysis, and optimizing campaigns with A/B testing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics a plus. Ability to draft a creative brief with clear communication objectives, messaging hierarchy and mandatories. Clear communicator able to navigate the creative process and provide feedback. Experience with an enterprise ESP (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) a plus; HTML experience a plus. Detail oriented and process driven. Hiring Range: $56,160.00 USD - $70,200.00 USD annually. Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of additional compensation eligibility will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
