In this role, you'll lead the planning, design, and delivery of airside, landside, and airport facility projects while partnering with airport sponsors, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and long-term operational success.What You'll Do:Manage airside, landside, and facility-related aviation projects from planning through implementation, delivering practical, sustainable solutions that enhance airport operations, safety, and efficiencyOversee aviation infrastructure project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, and client satisfactionCoordinate contracts, technical documentation, and collaboration with clients, regulators, and subcontractorsDrive project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly progress reviewsDevelop and implement health and safety plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and QA/QC standardsCommunicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations clearly to clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsIndependently completes routine development of engineering design, preparation of specifications, compiles technical reports and other activities requiring knowledge of standard principles and techniquesWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience required, including 2 years of project management experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredExpert knowledge of the aviation engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practicesAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsDemonstrated leadership, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsProven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindsetProficiency with Microsoft Suite and other management software Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferredParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Shape the future of aviation infrastructure by leading meaningful projects that enhance airport safety, efficiency, and long-term growthOwn projects from strategy through delivery, combining technical expertise and project leadership to make a visible impactBuild lasting client partnerships while working with airport sponsors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders on high-profile infrastructure investments.Curious about the impactful work our Aviation team is doing?
