The position involves working in a 450-bed facility that uses advanced technologies such as EPIC EMR, Pyxis, and Carousel automation systems, providing a robust and supportive environment for clinical pharmacy practice.

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical inpatient pharmacy duties including hands-on IV preparation and verification.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency in medication distribution.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication management.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate patient data entry and medication order processing.
• Manage medications through automated systems like Pyxis and Carousel.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, including Basic Life Support (BLS).

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience, including IV preparation.
• Oklahoma pharmacy license required, must be current and in-hand.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR and automated medication systems strongly preferred.
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles away; local applicants will not be considered.
• Open to first-time travel pharmacists.

Schedule/Hours:

• 4x10-hour shifts per week
• Shift timing: 12:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
• Days/Evenings shifts
