Vehicle Service Specialist

Perform oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication services, tire rotations and fluid level checks. Inspect vehicles for potential issues and perform basic maintenance tasks. Use basic computer knowledge for service entry and record keeping. Maintain inventory and ensure supplies are readily available. Keep a clean, organized work environment and follow safety protocols. Requirements Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Ability to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services. Reliable transportation. Essential Functions Inspect and replace car lights and wipers. Check and add fluid levels, replace engine air filter and cabin air filter. Add oil to engine per specifications of vehicle make/model. Remove, rotate, lift and reinstall tires for tire rotation service. Lubricate chassis/driveline components. Perform additional cooling system and transmission services. Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts. Move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles. Frequently ascend/descend stairs, catwalks, steps or stepstools to retrieve parts or service top side or underneath vehicle. Work for extended periods with arms above head on a catwalk. Position self constantly under hood, on tires or on catwalk. Transport items up to approximately 50 pounds. Use tools in tight or hard‑to‑reach areas. Communicate verbally during services for accuracy, safety, and proper order. Handle environmental, noise, hazards, atmospheric and narrow aisle conditions.
