Clinical Director (BCBA) - McKinney, TX Position Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our team and provide services to our in-home clients in McKinney, TX. As a Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. You will play a key role in shaping positive behavioral outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for clients, while also providing support and training to caregivers and staff. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs. • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health concerns. • Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on effective behavior management techniques. Skills and Requirements: • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. • At least one year of director experience working in a clinic. • Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.
