We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across a variety of building systems.

This position requires prior maintenance experience in both medical facilities (healthcare environments) and commercial buildings. Candidates must be familiar with the unique operational, safety, and regulatory requirements associated with these types of facilities. Qualifications

• Required: Proven maintenance experience in medical facilities (healthcare environments) and commercial buildings.
  
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues effectively.
• Experience working with schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints is essential.
• Service technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction practices, building systems, and safety protocols related to maintenance work.
• Familiarity with healthcare facility standards, infection control practices, and maintaining operations in occupied medical environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team during maintenance projects or emergency responses.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
