Responsibilities include working with the agent team members to establish and meet marketing goals, maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, organizational skills, self-motivated, proactive in problem solving, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals, and must be able to work the following schedule: 2-3 days a week, 2-4 hours each day.
