Billing Specialist

Ports Petroleum is seeking a motivated individual to join our corporate team. Please see details below for responsibilities and qualifications. Responsibilities Reconciling delivery paperwork for wholesale deliveries Processing wholesale deliveries and wholesale billing functions Managing tank wagon deliveries and reconcile truck inventories Working with IT department for process and system improvements Corresponding with vendors and carriers via phone and email Maintaining cost data from vendors for sales Working with sales and logistics to ensure customers get proper paperwork in a timely manner Processing freight deliveries, payments and billing functions Qualifications Ability to problem solve collaboratively and individually Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written Highly motivated, self-starter, with the ability to multitask Attention to detail to accurately invoice customers #J-18808-Ljbffr Ports Petroleum Company, Inc.
