About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and transformational Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to spearhead the evolution of its HR function into a modern, technology-enabled People & Culture division. The CHRO will be a key partner to executive leadership, driving initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in HR transformation, including process improvement, HR technology optimization, and digital record management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing workforce strategies to meet the company's long-term talent needs, overseeing total rewards programs, and establishing HR metrics to track various aspects of workforce performance. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibilities. A background in the healthcare industry is essential. The role demands a leader with strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and change management skills, as well as experience in HRIS systems, workforce analytics, compensation, benefits, talent management, and employee relations.
