Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Citrus Park, Tampa, Florida location. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys outpatient medicine, building long-term patient relationships, and practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to an adult patient population (18+) while working alongside an integrated care team focused on improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Physician Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care and wellness visits Manage chronic disease and coordinate ongoing patient care Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory results Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record Support quality initiatives and value-based care goals Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain Active DEA registration or ability to obtain Strong communication and patient engagement skills Outpatient primary care experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary Performance-based incentive opportunity Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage CME allowance and paid CME time (if applicable) Why Join Sanitas Medical Center?
