Overview Our local government client is hiring an on-site Assistant HR Director (Total Rewards Focus) to support their team in Texas. Responsibilities Directing staff with another internal Associate Director who oversees the budgets (reconciliation, paying bills, etc.) with strategy focus Perform an abundant amount of HR program design, evaluation, will help decide on benefits Pioneering a brand new model of benefits where the office will be their own benefits provider Qualifications Completed bachelor's degree Previous HR leadership experience in any C-Suite-level position (example: CHRO, HR Executive, Asst. Director of HR, or VP of HR, etc.) Hands-on experience in Workday ERP system, leading digital transformation of paper into online process in Workday The Midtown Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
