Most days you're done and home by early afternoon while everyone else is still grinding in the worst of the heat. Full-Time: Approx. 35-40 hrs/week (Typically 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM) What This Job Actually Looks Like You'll run a consistent route of residential pools across Leander and the surrounding area — roughly 12 pools per day for full-time techs. At each stop, you do a complete service: skim, brush, vacuum, empty baskets, test and balance the water chemistry, check the equipment, and log your work. Then you move on. It's independent work. Nobody's following you around. You have a route, you have a system, and you run it. Over time, your customers get to know you and will request you. We provide everything you need to do the job — company truck, all tools, and all chemicals. You pick up the truck at our Leander location each morning and head out. You bring the work ethic; we supply the rest. You Might Be a Good Fit If You have at least 2 years experience as a Pool Cleaning Tech with good references. You're comfortable with a brief, professional exchange when a homeowner is around. The Texas heat doesn't scare you… c’mon, it's just Tuesday.
