Location: Minnetonka, MN

Must be willing and able to cover call outs if they occur.

About the Role:

As a Residential Supervisor , you will play a critical role in overseeing a dynamic team and ensuring the well-being of both our clients and staff. You will be responsible for:

Leading and supporting our Community Coordinators , including providing training, managing schedules, conducting performance evaluations, resolving staff issues, and ensuring staff are delivering the highest level of care.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our program, including client care, house operations, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Being the primary point of contact for families, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in the care their loved ones are receiving.
