This person will troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues, support Windows and MacOS environments, manage tickets, assist with new-hire technology deployments, and provide technology support for meetings and executive users as needed. They will also participate in IT projects, hardware refreshes, asset audits, network compliance initiatives, and technology standardization efforts. This individual will independently manage an assigned territory and regularly travel to supported locations for preventative support, site assessments, project work, and technology deployments.
