Customer Service Representative

Since 1948, Rada Mfg. Co. has been an icon in the Cedar Valley, producing high-quality kitchen cutlery and accessories. We are a team that values dedication, collaboration, and creativity. Now, were looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
What Youll Do:
- Answer incoming customer calls, chat messages, and emails with a high level of professionalism, and establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Process customer orders and requests in a timely manner with accuracy.
- Set up new customer accounts and make account adjustments as needed.
- Work with several online customer ordering and sales tracking platforms.
- Send out sales material via chat, email, and mail.
- Coach fundraising leaders and resellers through account registration, submit orders, and review dashboard details and selling channels.
- Make outbound phone calls to existing customers and occasionally to potential customers.
Who You Are:
- You have excellent communication skills, with a knack for connecting with others.
- Youre confident with technology and have the ability to navigate through multiple computer applications efficiently and accurately.
- You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Products (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Youre organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- You are curious, like to learn, and always looking for ways to elevate your work.
- You enjoy collaborating with other team members.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
