Production Associate Team Lead

Job Summary Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others. We are looking for a talented Production Associate to join our team in Henderson, CO . Responsibilities Operate equipment to manufacture and assemble products to required specifications Perform quality inspections and follow standard work, SPC, and process documentation Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including routine housekeeping and equipment care Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, including proper PPE use Achieve production goals and work to defined cycle times and engineering standards Support team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with training and development Qualifications Production Associate Level III – Assembly Lead. The role is split 50% administrative and 50% shop‑floor. Responsibilities include using PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and other computer‑based software; supervising with accountability conversations, setting expectations, managing schedules, and conflict resolution. The majority of the role advocates for other production associates on the floor—critical thinking, collaboration across departments, problem solving, strong communication skills, technical background, and tenacity to drive the work forward no matter the obstacle. Would require occasional overtime including coming in early, staying late, and some Friday work. Ideal candidate: self‑driven, organized, strong communicator, sense of urgency. Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures and hold the team accountable while fostering interdependency. Education, Licenses, Certifications High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience that meets applicable regulations. Experience Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on‑the‑job experience.
