Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Glen Allen, VA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Compensation: $78,000 - $85,000/year (pending experience)

Incentives: Student loan payment program ($350/month)

This is a start-up outpatient orthopedic clinic opening in Glen Allen in July 2025. There will be a requirement for the physical therapist to float between the local Richmond area outpatient centers as we build our patient volume, and then will ultimately be full-time in the Glen Allen center.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
