Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting.
• BLS certification (required).
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate approach to patient care.
