Job Title: Picker – PIT Experience Required

Location: Pedricktown, NJ
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: 19.50/hr

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker to join our Pick Team. This is a physically demanding warehouse position that requires the ability to accurately pick items, operate PIT equipment, and work efficiently throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick items using TC scanners to ensure the correct products are selected for shipment.
Read and understand English instructions displayed on the scanning equipment.
Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform heavy lifting and walk throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when selecting and preparing items for shipment.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of PIT equipment (Stand-up forklift / Crown Forklifts) experience is required .
Ability to read and understand English instructions on TC scanners.
Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding work.
Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
