We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the residential market. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate our product offerings.

Job Type: Full-time
Draw: $1,000 weekly draw
Full commission: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and prospect to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
Perform in-person and virtual sales appointments
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Present and demonstrate our brand and capabilities to potential customers
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:
Proven experience in sales or a related field
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
Previous experience in outside sales and account management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
This is a dynamic position with earning potential in the 100k-250k range for a top performer. The position is commission-based and consists of a weekly draw plus commission. Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or retail sales environments.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in lead generation and outside sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets.
• Familiarity with territory sales strategies is a plus.
