Full-time Benefits Include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off & Paid Holiday Career Growth Opportunities What You'll Do As the face of our practice, you’ll help create an amazing experience from check-in to check-out by: Welcoming every kiddo and caregiver with warmth and enthusiasm Scheduling appointments and keeping the day running smoothly Answering phones and assisting families with questions Verifying insurance and collecting patient information Supporting our doctors and clinical team with patient flow Creating a fun, organized, and positive environment for every family Building lasting relationships with our patients and community What We're Looking For Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred) Our families come from many backgrounds, and your ability to communicate in both languages helps us provide exceptional care to even more children. Passion for working with children and families Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills Reliable, organized, and a team player Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Dental experience is a plus—but if you have the right attitude, we’ll train the right person! Qualifications Front office or customer service experience preferred Dental and ortho experience is a plus Denticon and Cloud 9 experience is a bonus Full-time (30+ hours per week) Schedule Full-Time 8-hour shifts Daytime hours Why Northwest Kids Dental?
