Has a good knowledge of a wide area of IS concepts and practice, including the systems development life cycle, with a deep knowledge of at least one area of specialization. Familiar with database software Familiar with operating infrastructure Knowledge of the IS infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc) used within the organization. Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) ( ) covers Microsoft Windows operating systems and application development. Information Systems Examination Board ( ) Diploma in Rapid Application Development Proven ability to work in a Test Driven Development manner Responsible for development of application using object-oriented Java tools and methodologies.
