Bronx Outreach Specialist for Fatherhood Programs
Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative
Montefiore Medical Center’s HERO Dads program seeks an Outreach Specialist to recruit, engage, and enroll fathers and families in the Bronx. The role focuses on building strong ties with community partners and delivering services with cultural humility. You will manage outreach through Facebook/Instagram, maintain enrollment data, and coordinate with program staff to meet targets.
