Hybrid Senior Trial Attorney

A highly regarded law firm is seeking an accomplished attorney to join their litigation and trial group. The firm handles a variety of industries and areas, including employment, contract, insurance coverage, liability, complex commercial disputes, and other business and civil litigation. As an integral member of the team, you will be trusted to manage a diverse caseload from intake to settlement or trial. The ideal candidate will have extensive trial experience, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and provide top-tier representation for our clients.

Qualifications/Skill

• 6 or more years of defense and/or plaintiff litigation experience
• Extensive experience jury and bench trials
• Adept at conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions
• Possess superior communication skills and collaborative abilities in a collegial environment
• Proficient in managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines efficiently
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with the Arizona Bar
