Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?ROLE SUMMARY: The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing the AB portfolio to life across wholesalers, retailers, venues, and events. The role combines trade marketing, activation, sponsorships, and execution leadership. It requires strong organization, creativity, communication skills, and flexibility to support nights and weekends for events and activation.JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:Lead On-Premise strategy and local execution of plans.Own On-Premise channel performance and identify execution opportunities with wholesalers.Drive: Brand planning / Sampling execution / Event and venue activationsOwn local sponsorship negotiations and activation budgets.Manage mobile asset deployment and support venue CAPEX execution.Partner closely with top wholesalers to ensure execution against plans.Own execution KPIs for On-Premise plans.Lead implementation of brand programming in Off-Premise channels to drive volume and share growth.Communicate priorities and results weekly and monthly.Cascade annual and trimester plans, initiatives, and programs.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, top level account decision makers, and all internal stakeholdersMust reside in Houston, TexasHigh level of company products and beer industry knowledgeAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and third-party partnersHighly self-motivated and results oriented with ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skills: oral, written, and comfortable with presenting to groupsStrong organizational & planning skillsDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Effective time management in planning daily routines, wholesaler visits, and event activationsWillingness to be flexible with schedule based on needs of businessBachelor's Degree required; MBA Preferred5-7 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer products industryThorough knowledge of AB sales and marketing strategies and proceduresMust possess a valid driver’s licenseWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
