Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical Float Pool position at a Level II Trauma teaching hospital in West Virginia, with day shift scheduling and a traveler-friendly environment.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting within a major teaching hospital and member of the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH)
• Level II Trauma facility with 330 staffed beds
• Medical Surgical Float Pool unit
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Charting performed in Cerner
• Free parking available for travelers in both a parking lot and parking garage

Requirements

• Active WV or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• PDF copies of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Required scrub color is Hunter Green; a Cabell-branded T-shirt may be substituted for the scrub top
• If assigned to the Surgery department, facility-provided surgical scrubs must be worn
