HousekeeperOpen and close the department in the absence of the Executive HousekeeperInspect all assigned rooms and suites daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, checking of room lights, television, spot cleaning, and stocking all room suppliesSupervise Room Attendants, including the re-cleaning of any items missed or not cleaned to Stepstones and hotel standardsLog all missing items and maintain catalogue of lost and found and ship or mail out claimed items to the guestsSupervise Laundry attendants including assist with folding and maintaining daily par levels to the day's needsReport all items in need of repair to Engineering and maintain equipment used in workProtect guest safety and well-being; be courteous to all guests and co-workersWeekends and Holidays are requiredMinimum lifting of 20 poundsPushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterityHearing, writing, typingMinimum pulling of 20 poundsMust have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functionsHigh school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferredAdditional language ability preferred
