HR Generalist

Position Summary

The HR Generalist will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance while partnering with the HR Manager and Director of Administration to support employee engagement and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Handle employee inquiries, benefits education, and HR compliance.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Process timecards and maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Prepare HR reports and manage corporate office supplies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience, especially in recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and HRIS systems; iSolved experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred.
