Job Description
Quality Systems & Compliance Manager
Shape how quality lives across our operation—from the production floor to the supplier network and back to the customer.
A day in the roleYou start by opening the dashboard: the overnight KPIs reveal a minor trend in rework, and a customer ticket needs a quick root-cause review. After a brief stand-up with inspectors and technicians, you walk the line to verify process checks, then sit down with Engineering to align on a corrective action plan. Late morning is dedicated to an internal audit sampling, followed by a supplier quality review call. In the afternoon, you lead a CAPA workshop, update leadership on performance metrics, and wrap up by coaching a cross-functional team on new work instructions and ISO expectations.
