Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (Alpharetta, GA)

We are hiring for a thriving private pediatric clinic located in Alpharetta, GA, dedicated to providing exceptional speech and language therapy services to children of all ages. This team is passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals through personalized care, evidence-based practices, and a warm, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client evaluations
• Provide direct therapy services to children, ensuring progress is monitored and goals are updated regularly
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support client outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and positive clinic culture

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Georgia state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
