Staff Accountant

Compri Consulting is seeking a Staff Accountant for a direct hire, onsite position in North Dallas Texas Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles. Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience working within an ERP system; NetSuite experience is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and working with large data sets. As the organization scales, accurate and timely financial information is essential to operational excellence and informed decision-making. The Staff Accountant owns core day-to-day accounting activities—preparing and posting journal entries (accruals, prepaids, amortization, and adjustments), supporting the monthly/quarterly/year-end close, performing balance-sheet reconciliations, analyzing variances, and partnering with AP, AR, Payroll, and Operations. The role also includes inventory accounting support, fixed-asset maintenance and depreciation, preparation of workpapers for internal reporting and external audits, adherence to internal controls, and process-improvement recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Compri Consulting
