Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Key Responsibilities: Delivering direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Trauma Center Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Upholding patient rights and confidentiality Participating in specialized programs such as SANE and Nursing Fellowship Contributing to a trauma and stroke center recognized for excellence Caring for diverse patients with varying degrees of illness and injury Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an approved School of Nursing Current RN licensure in Missouri or a temporary work permit Hospital-based experience; emergency department experience preferred Certifications: Healthcare Provider card, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC (courses completed within specified timeframes) Additional Benefits & Environment: Join a team committed to compassionate, innovative care with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, tuition support, and retirement plans.
