Provides for the care, treatment, and general welfare of individuals who have intellectual disabilities, complex medical, mental health and/or Behavioral health issues.ResponsibilitiesProvide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.Perform computer data entry – Receive full training.Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, DSSLC Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.RequirementsMust possess valid LVN license.Must have at least 2 years of experienceMust comply with HHSC immunization requirements.Must submit to HHSC required drug test.Must submit to HHSC required fingerprinting.Must complete facility and HHSC required training.
