For the right person, this is an exciting opportunity to build broad marketing experience while making a visible impact on the team's success.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate marketing projects, timelines, task lists, and deliverables.Track project progress and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.Help organize campaign materials, creative assets, approvals, and status updates.Maintain marketing calendars, project management tools, and shared files.Support communication between marketing, sales, and external vendors as needed.Event Planning and CoordinationAssist with planning and execution of internal and external marketing events.Communicate with venues, vendors, partners, and attendees.Help prepare event materials, run-of-show documents, attendee lists, and post-event follow-up.Track event budgets, invoices, and deadlines.Administrative and Team SupportAssist with invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and vendor documentation.Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, inventory, and branded materials.Assist with presentation preparation and basic research.Marketing Execution SupportAssist with email campaigns, website updates, and collateral coordination as needed.Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.Help coordinate print and digital assets with internal teams or external vendors.Support content organization and distribution across marketing channels.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, event planning, administrative support, or a related role.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.HubSpot and/or SalesForce certified.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.Comfort working with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms.Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, a plus.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and resourceful.
