About the Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and support service operations across the Birner Group's five regional locations. In this role, you'll be the central point of coordination for customer service requests, appointment scheduling, parts management, and service documentation.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by handling a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm service appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Create and maintain accurate records of customer communications and service activity.
• Process and track parts orders, following through to resolution and timely delivery.
• Prepare customer service quotes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enter, update, and manage information across multiple software platforms and internal systems.
• Partner with service teams to ensure customer needs are addressed quickly and effectively.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay

• $19-$25 per hour

Pay Range: $19 - $25 per hour
