Chief of Staff / Strategic Lead, Technical Program Manager

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
• Experience with product development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Practical experience with AI workflows and tools, including evidence of tangible benefits
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in program management workflows, with strong output-validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalate uncertainty, and follow data-handling expectations
• Advanced stakeholder management skills, including building productive relationships and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams and with clients
• Track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable activities
• Financial services experience

• Coordinate work across organizations and teams to support business objectives, including reporting and communications for portfolio operations and change initiatives
• Improve operational efficiency by supporting training, organizational maturity, needs assessments, and continuous improvement
• Adapt functional and managerial frameworks to align cross-organization priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
• Implement a domain-level collection strategy covering controls, financials, and resourcing needs
• Develop and execute project plans that incorporate technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver technology solutions on schedule
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validate outputs, and handle data according to its sensitivity
• Identify and mitigate risks, address potential obstacles proactively, and implement contingency plans to maintain program momentum
• Work with engineering, product, business, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
• Assess program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and apply data-driven optimizations
• Champion agile delivery and continuous improvement, fostering learning and innovation
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches to program governance and reporting, with human review and adherence to delivery standards
• Help implement organization-wide connectivity strategies and create structures that improve coordination across teams and colleagues
