Digital Designer What You’ll Do We believe that digital experiences matter more than ever, and visual content can make experience extraordinary. The Digital Designer develops visual design content for our digital initiatives. Core areas of responsibility for this position is to continuously elevate our physical product messaging and visual style. In this role you must be able to create on-brand content that is relevant, engaging, and distinctive. You will be responsible for all conceptual development and visual production for assigned creative tasks — from idea to execution. You will develop and craft design assets for email campaigns, product web pages, gallery tiles, and paid ads. Take digital design projects from ideation to completion Develop story-driven visual content across digital channels to support our website and Amazon strategies Develop creative marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop and Figma Create visual assets by integrating marketing objectives, target audience data, and product story content Understand brand standards and style guidelines to ensure that assets are accurately produced based on approved style guidelines Responsible for completing digital growth-focused creative tasks; imagery and layout design for emails, promos, paid ads, social advertising, etc. Responsible for completing web-focused creative tasks; imagery and layout design for hero banners, gallery tiles, carousels, category pages, product pages, etc. Create accurate production files based on approved style guides and direction for team lead Dive deep into data to find meaningful insights that inform visual communication and product story decisions Communicate product stories using customer journey maps, prototypes, storyboards, wireframes, shot lists, and mockups Ensures and maintains a positive environment with team members Represent the Creative Team in overall leadership, setting the example for creative excellence and always leading by example Inspire and motivate the creative team by promoting a high-performance, friendly environment, strong sense of urgency, quality standards, creative exploration, and continuous learning Translate business objectives to brand and product visual design Conceptualize multiple creative solutions to address Digital and Social Media objectives and strategies Develop advertising ideas to promote product messaging and product stories Continuously promote and evolve the style guide to drive brand consistency across consumer touch points Mentor and lead freelancers through project development and design projects Collaborate effectively with cross functional partners including Digital, Social, Marketing, and Product Ideate and collaborate directly with the Creative Director, Senior Art Director, Art Directors, Copywriters, Photographers, etc. What You’ll Need To Be Successful Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop; layers, masking, color correction, etc. Mastery of visual content creation, including photo editing, layout design, and typography Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines and incorporate feedback intelligently Ability to think and respond quickly, while maintaining attention to detailPassionate for design and creative problem solving Motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills, efficiency, and dedication Highly self-motivated and proactive in owning and completing creative tasks Strong desire to be challenged, work hard, and grow personally and professionally Zagg is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
