Responsibilities Ensuring proper quality (Quality Control or QC) of food and service. Ensuring the practice of proper food safety and handling by the Team. Communication with the Team in an efficient and proper manner. Identifying and dealing with current and potential problems. Maintaining organization and cleanliness during both peak and non‑peak hours of business. Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to all of the above. Being fully aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech inspections are conducted. Cash management/handling. Shift Management (Overseeing a crew of up to 10 Team Members).
