As a RN with Brightstar Care of Plano/North Dallas you will:Responsible for providing home health clinical servicesResponsible for quality; adequacy of services provided and may, where required, supervise staff.Perform care as defined by client's individual Plan of Care and within scope of state's nurse practice actMonitor patient's condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changesProvide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skillAssures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal lawsCounsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needsMust be willing to do both visits and shifts as assignedAs a RN/LVN you will need:Current and unrestricted RN/LVN license in the state of Texas2- 5 years of infusion experience preferredAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screenProof of eligibility to work in the USReliable car and auto insurancePass state and federal criminal record check(s)Current CPR/BLSRecent (within the last year) TB/Chest X-ray on recordwound care experienceLab draws and PICC care experiencePort experience is a plusWilling to see patients in all locations as assignedAs a RN/LVN you will receive:A rewarding opportunityPaid orientationWeekly payFlexible scheduleSupportive team environment1099 Contractor
