Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide clinical support within a 24-hour inpatient behavioral health facility . This role involves evaluating patient needs, managing medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient stability and treatment outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for providers interested in behavioral health and team-based care in a structured clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric and medical evaluations
Prescribe and manage medications
Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and care teams on treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment discussions

Required Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a care team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or interest in behavioral health / psychiatric care
PMHNP certification or exposure to mental health settings
