Employbridge
Salary: $60,000-$65,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Schedule flexibility required based on business needs.
Employbridge is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Toledo, OH . We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader with staffing industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead teams, manage priorities, leverage technology, and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee day-to-day staffing operations
Manage, coach, and develop team members
Drive performance, productivity, and accountability
Build and maintain strong client and employee relationships
Manage recruiting, onboarding, placement, and workforce needs
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other technology to effectively manage candidates and employees
Monitor staffing levels and ensure client requirements and operational goals are met
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer service
Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and system updates
Create a positive, results-driven team environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous management experience required
Staffing or recruiting industry experience strongly preferred
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Highly proficient with computers and technology
Strong ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and software platforms
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
Flexibility to adjust schedule based on operational and client needs
