Mental Health Therapist

A New Perspective Counseling, PLLC is seeking a compassionate,fully licensed mental health therapist to join our growing practice.This role offers the opportunity to provide both in-person andvirtual therapy while maintaining professional autonomy withina supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy for adults and/or adolescents. Provide both in-person and virtual counseling sessions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on eachclient's needs and goals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with other members of the practice when appropriate. Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards of care. Qualifications Fully licensed in the state of Texas as an LPC or LCSW. Master's degree in counseling, social work,or a related mental health field. Ability to provide in-person services in the Katy, Texas area. Ability to provide virtual therapy sessions. Experience working with adults and/or adolescents. Compassionate, professional, reliable, and client-centered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
