Your work ensures our residents receive the high standard of care they expect by administering medications and nursing care as directed by individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, providing leadership within the team, and advocating for residents. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail are critical to keeping residents comfortable and safe. Qualifications Minimum: an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable.
