The Guest Experience Attendant’s primary responsibility is ensuring a pleasurable dining experience for guests. This includes maintaining cleanliness and presentation in the bar areas, floors, and restrooms during peak times. Attendants must be attentive, helpful, and friendly in appearance and demeanor.ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guest Service: Assist guests by describing menu offerings and their locations on the buffet. Ensure product availability and coordinate with back-of-house staff for replenishments. Help guests as needed, including at the buffets. Always be friendly and courteous. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the bar areas to ensure a positive guest perception. Check, clean, and stock restrooms; report maintenance needs. Dispose of trash and clean floors around the buffet. Follow health department laws and standards. Adherence to Standards: Report equipment issues to management. Monitor food quality and presentation; inform staff of any issues. Follow health regulations. Perform other duties to ensure a pleasurable dining experience.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SPECIALIZED TRAINING:
Complete Safe Tracks and position certification through Golden Corral’s training program. Food preparation experience is preferred but not required. Food handler certification may be required in certain states. Position involves standing and walking 3-4+ hours, lifting (5-50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and using cleaning tools. Compliance with uniform standards and company policies is required.
