Digital Die Cut Operator

No printing experience? No problem — we'll train you.

Pay: $17-$20 per hour

Schedules:

3rd shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday

2nd shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday 

Smyth Green Bay makes the labels you see every day on store shelves — and we're looking for someone mechanically minded to run the machine that cuts and shapes them. Think of it like a high-tech cookie cutter for labels: you're setting up and operating a computer-controlled machine, not learning a trade from scratch.

What You'll Do:

• Set up, run, and switch over the die cutting machine between label orders
• Inspect finished labels for quality — clean cuts, no defects
• Log production info in a simple computer system
• Handle routine maintenance on your machine
• Follow safety procedures and speak up about unsafe conditions
• Work with your team to find better ways to get the job done

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move through a shift
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet
• Reliable, clear communicator

Nice to Have (not required):

• Experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing
