Manufacturing Engineer IV

Our client, a leading energy and power generation company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer IV to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer IV, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering department supporting CNC Programming and Production Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer IV
Location: Greenville, SC
Pay Range: $60/hour

What’s the Job?

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis machining operations
• Program 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines using NX-CAM or similar tools
• Validate and verify CNC programs using Vericut before production release
• Provide shop floor support including troubleshooting and operator guidance
• Train operators, programmers, and engineers on CNC processes and improvements

What’s Needed?

• Experience with NX-CAM (or similar CAM software) for CNC programming
• Ability to program multi-axis machines (VMC, HMC, EDM, etc.)
• Experience with controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or Okuma
• Knowledge of Vericut and macro/subroutine programming
• Experience machining superalloys in aerospace or power generation environments
