PRACTICUM EDUCATION COORDINATOR, School of Social Work, Hybrid Location: BOSTON, MA, United States Position Type: Full-Time/Regular Salary range: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 (Grade 48) Responsibilities Work with MSW students to secure required internships and place them in agencies aligned with core competencies. Develop partnerships, vet potential agencies, and solve issues as they arise. Provide supervision and support to field advisors and conduct virtual supervision for students in settings lacking a social worker. Contribute to content development and instruction of Practicum Education Seminars. Facilitate information sessions and practicum preparation seminars. Serve as practicum advisor to students in placement and participate in departmental and School-wide committees. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work (MSW). At least 5-8 years of social work experience in clinical or macro settings. At least 3 years of experience as a practicum education advisor or supervisor. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Social work licensure required; LICSW or equivalent preferred. Demonstrated commitment to anti-oppressive social work practices.
