Reference: PR/599312_1782909825Job Title: Automation EngineerDSJ Global is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking a Automation Engineer to support and advance site-wide automation initiatives. This individual will serve as a key technical resource for manufacturing control systems while leading automation projects that improve reliability, compliance, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities:Lead automation projects from design and implementation through commissioning and validation Develop, maintain, and optimize PLC, SCADA, HMI, and instrumentation systemsTroubleshoot automation and controls issues to ensure reliable manufacturing operationsPartner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to deliver automation solutionsSupport system lifecycle activities including upgrades, change controls, preventative maintenance, and documentationEnsure compliance with GMP, validation, and regulatory requirementsProvide training and technical guidance on automation technologies and best practicesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field5+ years of automation experience within a regulated manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation, and industrial control systemsFamiliarity with computerized system validation, GMP requirements, and automation project executionStrong troubleshooting, communication, and continuous improvement skillsWhy Join?Lead impactful automation and digital transformation initiatives.Work with advanced manufacturing technologies in a highly regulated environment.Strong career growth and development opportunities.Collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
